IMPORTANT: Prices shown do NOT reflect your total cost. The total shown during checkout is your required DEPOSIT amount of 50% of total dealer fees due. You will receive an invoice in September 2025 for your remaining balance due by October 1, 2025.

Vendors selling non-vintage goods are accepted on a case by case basis. Such vendors will be asked to submit photographs of their setup prior to consideration for participation in the event.

Your payment today is your deposit payment (1/2 of total due). You will receive an invoice for your remaining balance no later than September 15, 2025 and your balance due must be paid by October 1, 2025.

8' x 2.5' Table Deposit. TOTAL COST $15 each table. Tables MUST be ordered in advance (supplied by off-site vendor at this event so no overage available).
