Base Pricing is for placement in the BALLROOM portion of the venue.

  • Placement in the EXHIBIT HALL and HALLWAY portions of the venue is an additional $50 per space segment. (Choose this upgrade in the options menu. ONLY HALL SPACES ARE AVAILABLE CURRENTLY FOR THIS UPGRADE.)
  • Sold spaces are GRAY on the layout maps.
  • Spaces measure 8' deep by 10' wide and come with one 6' table.
  • Additional 6' tables are available for $15 each.
  • You may note your 1st and 2nd choices for placement in the "Notes" section of your order.
  • Electrical access is available to add on-site for an additional fee of $20.
  • Additional tables are available on-site for $10 each.
