- 10'x10' and 8' x 12' Spaces in the Exhibit Hall are $260 each for standing vendors until 1/12/26. A rental increase of $15 per space will go into effect after this date.
- This is a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 down to hold your space (cancellation policy shown below).
- The balance of your rental is due no later than December 1, 2026. Balances not paid by December 1, 2026 are subject to a late fee of $30 per space, no exceptions.
- State your placement requests in the notes section of your order. Standing vendors have first right to their same 2026 placements until midnight 1/12/26. If your desired placement is unavailable, you will be contacted to discuss alternatives.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: The following criteria must be met to receive a rollover credit: Vendor must give written notice of cancellation no later than midnight CST on December 1st, 2026. If cancellation is submitted by deadline, deposit may be rolled over ONCE to the SAME EVENT the following calendar year. If the rollover is not used at that time, deposit is forfeited and may not be rolled a second time. Any notice of cancellation received after December 1st, 2026 but before December 20th, 2026 will result in loss of deposit amount only. Cancellations received after 11:59pm CST December 20th, 2026 forfeit deposit AND are liable for their base booth rental (table fees, electrical, and early unload will not be charged).
