  • 8' x 10' spaces in the Ballroom are $195 each for standing vendors paying in full until 1/20/26. A rental increase of $20 per space will go into effect after this date.
  • If you are selecting space in the EXHIBIT HALL, you must select the Exhibit Hall add-on option below. Exhibit Hall spaces are $50 more. (Total sale pricing for to pay in full by 1/20/26 standing vendors is $245)
  • State your placement requests in the notes section of your order. Standing vendors have first right to their same 2026 placements until midnight 1/20/26. If your desired placement is unavailable, you will be contacted to discuss alternatives.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: The following criteria must be met to receive a rollover credit: Vendor must give written notice of cancellation no later than midnight CST on December 1st, 2026. If cancellation is submitted by deadline, fees paid may be rolled over ONCE to the SAME EVENT the following calendar year. If the rollover is not used at that time, fees paid are forfeited and may not be rolled a second time. NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • 1/2 DOWN DEPOSIT OPTION: A half down deposit option is available to standing vendors only and will be at the full rate for 2027 (No sale price). Those requesting a half down option must reserve space ON SITE and understand that the remaining balance due must be paid no later than December 1, 2026. FAILURE TO PAY BALANCE DUE BY THIS DATE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR 1/2 DOWN DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE OF YOUR SPACE.
  • Additional 6' x 2.5' tables will be available for $20 each.
  • Additional 6' x 1.5' tables will be available for $10 each.
  • Electrical access is available to add on-site for an additional fee of $40.
