IMPORTANT INFO:

  • 10'x12' Spaces, TOTAL COST IS $270 EACH. $135 per space is your non-refundable deposit payment.
  • After ordering, you will receive an invoice for your remaining balance which is due by January 15, 2027. You may pay this invoice at any point in time up until January 15, 2027. If your final invoice is not paid by midnight on the due date, a $50 late fee will automatically be added to your balance due. If your final invoice is not paid by February 1, 2027 your space reservation may be subject to cancellation and deposit money is forfeited.
  • You may purchase from one to four spaces (10x12 $270 total, $135 deposit. 10x24 $540 total, $270 deposit. 10x36 $810 total, $405 deposit. 20x24 or 10x40 $1080 total, $540 deposit)
  • Registration is currently open to 2026 participants only, until 2/23/26. After this time, all open spaces are available to any vendor wishing to relocate or to new vendors joining the event.
  • If you wish to relocate, please state your top three placement requests in the "Notes" section of your order.
