IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Map last updated 8/5/26 at 12:45pm MST. Gray spaces are sold.
- Base Pricing is for GREEN 8x10 spaces (see diagram on this page)
- To select RED (8x10) or PURPLE (10x10) spaces, choose that upgrade option from the list below.
- STATE YOUR 1st-3rd PLACEMENT CHOICES in the "Notes" Section of your order, found on the last page of checkout. .
- Each space comes with one table measuring 6' long and 2.5' wide. Your cost remains the same regardless of whether or not you actually use your table (if you only want the space the table comes in).
- Electrical access will be made available at a later date ($30) and additional tables will be available for use within your space at a cost of $15 for each table.
- Unload is Friday, January 22 from 10AM-7PM & Saturday, January 23 from 7:00AM to 8:30AM (Bay Doors come down at 8:30AM)

- Cancellation Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable. A one-time rollover (that must be used within one year of the event date) is allowed if the event is sold out AND we are able to resell your space.
