All vendors have drive-in to load out option on Sunday evening.
- 10'x12' spaces are $270 each
- Optional table rental: $15 per 8' x 2.5' table
- Optional electrical access: $50 in advance, $80 on site
- 1/2 Down Non-Refundable Deposit required to hold space. Balance due by February 1, 2026.

Vintage Tulsa Show Space Rental Deposit Feb 20-22, 2026
10'x12' Spaces, TOTAL COST IS $270 each. $135 is your non-refundable deposit payment. You will receive an invoice for your remaining balance in the week prior to the event. Booth rental fees must be paid in full by February 1, 2026. You may purchase from one to four spaces (10x12, 10x24, 10x36 or 20x24).
Tulsa OK Electrical Access
(Optional) Non-refundable electrical access deposit. Total amount for electrical access is $50 and balances must be paid in full no later than February 1, 2026. Note that electric may not be shared with neighboring vendors. Floor orders for electric will be $80 and in some circumstances may not be possible to fulfill. Order in advance to guarantee access at the lowest cost available.
Tulsa Event 8' Table Rental
(Optional) 8' x 2.5' Tables, total cost $15 each. The amount of the product is the non-refundable half deposit due at the time of registration. Balance of all remaining fees must be paid by February 1, 2026.
